Description
The Township of East Brunswick is seeking proposals for Concrete and Asphalt Testing Services through a competitive contracting process. The selected respondent will be responsible for providing testing services to the township. The RFP responses must be submitted on the standard proposal forms included with the specifications and delivered in sealed envelopes to the Municipal Clerk's Office. Respondents must comply with the requirements of various statutes, laws, and regulations.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing concrete and asphalt testing services to the township
• Complying with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27, et seq., N.J.S.A. 52:32-44, and all other applicable statutes, laws or regulations
