Cartersville City Schools is seeking a qualified construction firm to act as Construction Manager‑at‑Risk (CM‑R) for extensive renovations and new construction at Cartersville Middle School. The scope includes a 145,000‑sf standing‑seam metal roof replacement, interior restroom modernization, classroom and corridor flooring replacement, minor interior modifications, two new classroom additions (≈24,700 sf), and site‑grade upgrades and drainage remediation. The total project budget is $15.5 M, with construction scheduled to begin May 2027 and complete July 2028.
