Flares

The Missouri Department of Transportation is seeking bids from qualified vendors for flares. The contract will be for a period of one year, with two optional one-year renewal periods. The contractor must provide flares that meet the MoDOT specifications, and prices must remain in effect from the date of award through December 31, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the flares to the designated location. * The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. * The contractor must comply with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations. * The contractor must provide proof of insurance and comply with the MoDOT's insurance requirements. * The contractor must provide a planned delivery schedule at least two business days before starting delivery. * The contractor must comply with the MoDOT's terms and conditions, including the escalation clause.
