Budget estimate

$3,500,000 – $4,000,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Costs (OPCC), which is $3,686,900. This amount is likely to be the total contract amount, and the city may pay the contractor in installments based on the work completed. The budget may also include additional costs for things like mobilization, equipment, and labor. The city may also pay for taxes due on the contract, and the contractor must submit separate billings for taxes, which will be paid by the city. The contractor's profit margin and other expenses, such as insurance and bonding, may also affect the final budget amount. Overall, the budget for this project is likely to be around $3.7 million, but the actual amount may vary depending on various factors.
