Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a vendor to provide Cryotanks and Racking Systems. The requirement is for a Firm-Fixed Price Contract, and the award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government. The evaluation criteria include price, technical acceptability, and past performance. The technical capability will be evaluated to determine an overall rating of “acceptable” or “unacceptable”. The quoted product must meet or exceed all salient characteristics of the brand name product as specified in the solicitation.
• The solicitation is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.
• The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 332420.
• The small business size standard is 750 Employees.
• The acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns.
• All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
• Vendors are required to be active and registered in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov when submitting a quote and at time of award.
• Payment will be made utilizing the Department of the Treasury Invoice Processing Platform at www.ipp.gov.
• Quotes must be submitted electronically, e-mailed to [email protected]; no faxed or hard copy quotes are allowed.
• The final day for question submission is July 21, 2026, 3:00 pm Central Standard Time.
• The USDA requires delivery of all items within 180 days after Award.
