Metal Bed Frames

The City of Philadelphia is seeking bids for the provision of metal bed frames for the Office of Homeless Services. The contract term is 12 months, with optional renewal periods of up to 4 additional years. The estimated expenditure for the contract period is $142,500. Bidders must submit their quotes electronically through PHLContracts by 10:30 AM on the bid opening date. • The contract requires the delivery of metal bed frames with a 375 LB capacity, 30 x 75 inches in size. • The successful seller must provide metal beds at the prices set forth in PHL Contracts for a period of 12 months. • The contract may be renewed under the terms and conditions of this agreement at the sole option of the City on an annual basis for up to four additional one-year periods. • The successful seller may increase prices for future renewal periods, provided that notice of price increases is received in writing by the City at least 60 days prior to the expiration of each contract period.
