Description
The Liberty Consolidated Planning Commission (LCPC) is seeking a qualified consultant to provide professional consulting services for program administration and technical assistance in support of the Hinesville Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (HAMPO) Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) for Fiscal Year 2027. The selected consultant will assist in performing technical work elements of the UPWP, with the possibility of two optional one-year extensions. The preferred qualifications of the consultant include previous experience working with MPOs in Georgia, preparing reports required by FHWA and GDOT, and qualifications of the project team.
• The scope of work includes tasks such as program administration, technical assistance, and performing work elements of the UPWP.
• The consultant will demonstrate experience and proficiency in performing all tasks assigned by task work order.
• The proposal should include a detailed outline of how work will be accomplished, organizational chart, information describing company's technical and analytical capabilities, training and experience, resumes of personnel, and at least three references.
• The cost proposal will be evaluated and scored in accordance with scoring criteria.
• The LCPC reserves the right to waive any irregularities, reject any and/or all proposals, and select the proposer whose proposal provides the highest value to the LCPC/HAMPO.
