Budget estimate

$1,000,000 – $3,000,000

No explicit budget is listed, but downtown traffic signal system upgrades typically range from $1 million to $3 million depending on the number of intersections, equipment specifications, and labor rates in Virginia. Assuming multiple signal locations and comprehensive acceptance testing, the contract value is likely within that bracket.
