The Municipality of Anchorage is seeking a qualified supplier to provide asphalt concrete hot‑mix (grade A.C‑5) for street maintenance throughout the Anchorage Bowl. The contract is an indefinite‑delivery, not‑to‑exceed agreement with a base‑year period from June 1 2026 to May 31 2027 and up to three optional one‑year renewals, subject to fund availability. The vendor must meet strict technical specifications, provide certified analyses for each shipment, and deliver material FOB Destination to the designated MOA address. Payment is on a net‑30 basis with a minimum 1 % prompt‑payment discount if net‑15 is offered.
