On Call Window Service and Replacement Services – SWR120

Spokane County is seeking to establish contracts with qualified contractors to provide on-call replacement, repair, and service for commercial window systems. The contractor will ensure reliable operation, compliance with safety standards, and timely response to service requests. The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option for multiple awards. The contractor must have experience in providing similar services and must meet the bidder responsibility criteria set forth in the invitation to bid. • The contractor must have a current Washington State Contractors License Number and a Washington Unified Business Identifier (UBI) number. • The contractor must have industrial insurance (workers' compensation) coverage for its employees working in Washington. • The contractor must not have any lawsuits with judgments entered against it within the last five years that demonstrate a pattern of failing to meet the terms of contracts. • The contractor must not have any claims filed against the retainage or payment bonds for public works projects during the last five years that demonstrate a lack of effective management.
