WATER FACILITIES GENERAL ENGINEERING ON-CALL SERVICES

The City of Phoenix is seeking qualified consultants to provide general engineering on-call services for its Water Facilities. The selected firms will provide study, design, and construction administration and inspection services on an as-needed basis to support the Water Services Department. The scope of work includes services such as studies and evaluations, data collection, assessments and inspections, modeling, cost estimation, and design document preparation. The selected firms will be required to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with City staff and contractors. • The initial contract period is 36 months or $6,000,000, whichever occurs first, with an option to renew for an additional 24 months. • The City expects to select up to ten firms for this project. • The selection process will be based on a qualifications-based selection process, with evaluation criteria including experience of the firm, experience of key personnel, project management and responsiveness, staffing information, and reference checks.
