Description
The 673d Contracting Squadron of the U.S. Air Force is soliciting a small‑business contractor to replace the flooring in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel (Building 3) at Joint Base Elmendorf‑Richardson, Alaska. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and disposal services to remove existing carpet, padding, and wall base, prepare the sub‑floor, and install new commercial‑grade carpet and rubber base. Work must be completed within 60 calendar days of award. A non‑mandatory site visit is scheduled for 26 August 2026, and questions are due 27 August 2026.
