U.S. Embassy Bujumbura Public Diplomacy Section (PDS) Annual Program Statement

The U.S. Embassy Burundi Public Diplomacy Section is seeking applications for its Annual Program Statement. The goal of this program is to strengthen ties between the United States and Burundi through cultural and exchange programming. The program will focus on priority areas such as skills for success, entrepreneurship, civil society/journalism, and environmental sustainability. Applicants are encouraged to partner with English Clubs, American Spaces, or U.S. exchange program alumni to conduct activities. • The program must include an American element, priority, goal, or connection with U.S. expert(s), organization(s), or institution(s) • The program must promote increased understanding of U.S. policy and perspectives • The program must be completed within 12 months • The program must have a detailed budget and a plan for monitoring and evaluation
