The system should also be able to remotely start/stop the flow of solution and have ethernet for external monitoring and control. The contractor should provide the system, nozzles, spray caps, controller, pump, cables, and hoses, as well as documentation and manuals. The system should be delivered to the PSEF building at Patuxent River Naval Air Station within 6 weeks of the award date.
• The system should be compatible with a spray solution containing NaCl, Na2SO4, MgCl2, CaCl2, and H2O.
• The system should be able to measure and change flow rate remotely.
• The system should be able to produce droplet sizes as small as 4 m and as large as 13 m.
• The system should be able to flush with freshwater for maintenance purposes.
• The controller should interface with the pump and nozzle to spray solution.
• The cable between the controller and nozzle should be 5-meter or longer.
