FAC126 Destruction and Disposal of Medical Records/ Building records from Hospital Annex

The Department of Mental Health is seeking a vendor to provide destruction and disposal of medical records and building records from the Hospital Annex at the John C. Corrigan Mental Health Center. The contract will require the vendor to perform a mandatory site visit prior to bidding. The vendor will be responsible for the destruction and disposal of the records in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). • The contract is for the fiscal year 2026. • The bid opening date is May 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM. • The vendor must comply with the Small Business Purchasing Program (SBPP) requirements. • The vendor must provide a quote that includes all costs associated with the destruction and disposal of the records.
