Description
The Washtenaw Community College is seeking a contractor to renovate the LA 140 and LA 340 Auditoriums. The project includes providing all labor, equipment, materials, scaffolding, hoisting, and incidentals to complete the renovation in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and applicable codes. The contractor will be responsible for managing and coordinating with all other trades necessary to complete the work, as well as providing its own equipment and tools. The project is scheduled to begin on March 1, 2026, and is expected to be completed by June 15, 2026, for LA 140, and August 25, 2026, to December 10, 2026, for LA 340.
• The contractor must comply with all bid documents and Addenda issued prior to bid opening.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance and maintain it throughout the duration of the contract.
• The contractor must complete and submit the Bid Proposal Form and Washtenaw Community College Contractor Responsibility Form.
• The contractor must attend a pre-bid meeting and site visit, which is mandatory.
• The contractor must provide a schedule and work plan for obtaining necessary permits, materials, and long-lead items within two weeks of award.
