The City of Fresno is seeking a qualified California Class “A” contractor to perform a mill‑and‑overlay rehabilitation of Runway 12L‑30R at Fresno Chandler Executive Airport, including reconstruction of approximately 185 ft of the runway’s 12L end, minor grading improvements, and new pavement markings. The project is funded by FAA AIP and AIG grants with an engineered estimate of $3.1 M and must be completed within 66 calendar days after issuance of a Notice to Proceed.
