Overhaul of Pump, Axial Piston

The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking a contractor to provide overhaul services for axial piston pumps. The contractor will be required to overhaul components to be returned to the USCG in a ready for issue (RFI) condition. The work required by this statement of work is not limited to the installation of overhaul kits, but includes a complete overhaul and correction of all additional deficiencies discovered during teardown. The contractor must have access to the applicable technical directives cited in the statement of work and must perform the work in accordance with these directives. • The contractor must supply all parts, labor, and materials required to restore the components to a Ready for Issue (RFI) condition. • The contractor must incorporate Service Bulletins (SB) or repairs for Unusual Damage, which will be priced separately. • The contractor must have access to all performance/test/acceptance criteria and necessary data to ensure the items specified in the schedule are overhauled, calibrated, and operating in accordance with the applicable technical directives.
