Description
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and repair services to the NIH COGEN in building 11 CUP. The contract will be a firm fixed price GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) task order for a commercial-of-the-shelf (COTS) repair and maintenance service requirement for the SGT-600 gas turbine. The period of performance for this effort will be a Base plus 4-year option periods.
• The applicable North American industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561210 “Facility Support Services”.
• The Government is submitting a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Siemens Energy, Inc.
• Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
