Miracle Method Surface Refinishing and Resurfacing Services Contract (Brand Specific)

The College of Charleston is seeking bids for a Miracle Method Surface Refinishing and Resurfacing Services Contract (Brand Specific). The contract will provide surface refinishing and resurfacing services for various surfaces, including concrete floors, tile and grout, bathtubs and showers, countertops, and vertical wall surfaces. The successful bidder will be required to provide written documentation from Miracle Method corporate verifying that their company is an authorized provider and authorized to perform these services in the College's geographic area. The contract will be for a period of time to provide services as needed. • The contract includes services such as concrete floor refinishing, tile and grout refinishing, bathtub and shower refinishing, countertop refinishing, and vertical wall surface refinishing. • The successful bidder will be required to provide a rate schedule for services offered, including time and materials. • The contract includes a payment term of 0% 0, Net 30. • The College of Charleston is seeking a contractor with at least three years of commercial refinishing experience. • The contractor will be required to provide references from at least three higher education or commercial customers for whom they have provided substantially similar products and/or services.
