Description
The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking a contractor to provide raw materials, including various types of metal plates and bars, to support the Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). The contractor will be required to deliver the materials to the RIA-JMTC, and the delivery schedule will be specified in the contract. The contractor must also provide a certificate of conformance and material test reports for all items.
• The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract, and the contractor will be paid based on the price quoted in the contract.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to the use of covered defense telecommunications equipment or services.
• The contractor must also comply with the Buy American and Balance of Payments Program-Basic clause, which requires that all end products be domestic end products or qualifying country end products.
• The contractor must provide a unique item identifier for all items delivered under the contract, and the identifier must be marked on the item using two-dimensional data matrix symbology.
