Sources Sought for Potential Overhaul Vendors for HC-144 and HC-27J Wheels and Brakes

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking information from potential vendors for the overhaul of wheels and brakes for the HC-144 and HC-27J aircraft. The USCG is looking for vendors that can provide evidence of an OEM license or authorization, demonstrate their ability to overhaul the listed components in compliance with OEM standards, and provide relevant certifications. Interested vendors must respond to the sources sought announcement by December 12, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. EST. The responses will be used to determine potential sources for the overhaul services. • The overhaul services include wheels and brakes for the HC-144 and HC-27J aircraft. • Vendors must provide evidence of an OEM license or authorization. • Vendors must demonstrate their ability to overhaul the listed components in compliance with OEM standards. • Vendors must provide relevant certifications, such as FAA certifications, ISO 9000 compliance, or equivalent quality system certifications. • Vendors must ensure that all replacement parts used during the overhaul are new and traceable to the OEM.
