Tokay Park Pickleball Conversion Project

The City of Fayetteville is seeking a qualified contractor to demolish existing tennis court infrastructure and construct three new tennis courts and ten pickleball courts at Tokay Park. The work includes site clearing, sub‑grade preparation, asphalt paving with an acrylic surface coating, installation of net posts, fencing, and site furnishings, all funded with federal CDBG monies and subject to Davis‑Bacon, Section 3, and Buy‑America requirements.
