Description
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for an open-end contract to provide asphalt crack sealant materials to the West Virginia Division of Highways, District One. The contract items include Fiber Asphalt Sealant 540, Machine to Melt Fiber Asphalt Sealant 540, HP Concrete Cold Patch, Matrix 501 Mastic, and other related products. The vendor must meet the required specifications for each item, including resistance to cracking and pick-up by vehicle tires, and compliance with OSHA and GHS regulations. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the lowest overall total cost for the contract items.
• The contract items must be available for delivery within 30 working days for standard orders and 10 working days for emergency orders.
• The vendor must accept payment in accordance with the payment procedures of the State of West Virginia.
• The vendor must provide quarterly reports and annual summaries to the agency showing the items purchased, quantities, and total dollar value.
• The vendor must designate a primary contract manager to oversee the contract and be available during normal business hours to address customer service issues.
