This solicitation is for the complete replacement of an elevator in the Centralized Services Building at 1006 35th Ave, Long Island City, NY. The work includes full elevator modernization, associated fire‑alarm system upgrades, asbestos and lead abatement, structural steel work, and related MEP modifications, all under a single, WICKS‑exempt contract. The estimated contract value is between $1 M and $2 M, with a required bid bond of $43,700, performance and labor‑material bonds equal to 100 % of the contract amount, and strict MWBE/SDVOB participation goals.
