Description
The Hanford Mission Integration Solutions, LLC. (HMIS) is seeking a licensed Certified Public Accounting (CPA) Firm to provide Subcontractor Pre-Award Proposal Audit and Accounting System Audit services. The subcontractor must have experience in performing Accounting System Reviews in accordance with Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS). The subcontractor must also have a minimum of two personnel with a bachelor's degree and at least five years of auditing experience, including GAGAS experience.
• The subcontractor must have passed an external QA Review performed by an external firm as required by GAGAS standards within the last three years.
• The subcontractor must provide appropriately trained and experienced staff to perform the work specified.
• The subcontractor must have knowledge of GAGAS Standards and must be able to provide evidence of current certifications.
