Arkansas State University is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive, fixed‑price program to monitor, detect, and remediate hydraulic‑oil contamination (varnish) in its fleet of 37 campus elevators. The contractor will install permanent fluid‑condition sensors and IIoT gateways, deliver continuous data to a cloud platform, generate alerts, and execute on‑site, non‑disruptive varnish‑mitigation and additive re‑fortification services within 90 days of an alert, all without draining reservoirs or taking elevators offline. The contract includes all labor, materials, travel, sensor hardware, connectivity, and reporting for an initial five‑year term with two optional one‑year extensions.
