Description
The State of Michigan is seeking bids for the construction of a new grease trap at the Carson City Correctional Facility. The project includes removing the existing interior grease trap, reworking the existing underground sanitary inside the Food Service Building, and installing a new exterior, underground grease trap with new sanitary piping. The project requires a performance bond and a payment bond for all contracts over $50,000.00. The contractor must also provide a bid security in the amount of 5% of the bidder's base bid.
