Description
The Holyoke Gas & Electric department is seeking a contractor to install approximately 1.45 circuit miles of 15kV 336.4 kcmil spacer cable, 1.45 miles of 052 AWA messenger cable, and replace nine utility poles. The project also involves removing existing cable and messenger. The contractor will be required to obtain satisfactory Payment and Performance Bonds each equal to 100% of the total bid.
