The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking a qualified contractor to remove and replace the roof on the Jackson State Office Building. The work includes full demolition of the existing roof system down to the metal/concrete deck, installation of a new 2‑ply modified bitumen membrane over two layers of 2.2‑inch rigid insulation and ½‑inch cover board, tapered insulation for drainage crickets and saddles, and masonry repairs with through‑wall flashings at parapet stone copings. The project will be executed on‑site in Jackson, KY, with a mandatory electronic bid submission through the state’s e‑procurement portal.
