The U.S. Government Publishing Office is soliciting bids to produce two types of full‑process color magnetic promotional items for the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline: a 3” × 3” square magnet (PEP26‑988‑001) and a 3.25” × 5.875” rectangular magnet (PEP24‑988‑013). Each magnet will be printed on 30 mil magnetic base sheeting with a white vinyl face and UV coating, shrink‑wrapped in packs of ten, and delivered in three staggered shipments (Oct 30 2026, Dec 21 2026, Feb 26 2027). Quantity required: 1,400,000 units of each style (total 2.8 million). Printing cannot be subcontracted; the contractor must supply all materials, perform pre‑flight checks, create proofs, and handle all packaging, labeling, and shipping in accordance with GPO contract terms. The award will be based on the lowest overall cost for both magnet styles, and the contractor must submit invoices within 15 days of delivery.
