Grant Administration Services for FY 2025 Massachusetts Community Development Block Grant

The Town of Northbridge is seeking a professional firm or team to provide Grant Administration Services for the implementation of a FY 2025 Massachusetts CDBG grant. The selected firm or team will be responsible for general grant administration, financial management, and coordination of grant activities. The grant includes funding for the reconstruction of Church Avenue and general administration costs. The town is looking for a firm or team with experience in CDBG grant administration and implementation. • The grant has a total budget of $850,000, with $700,000 allocated for rehabilitation/construction funds and $150,000 for grant administration and implementation services. • The selected firm or team will be responsible for providing CDBG Community Development Director, CDBG Program Manager, and CDBG Administrative Assistant services. • The contract is expected to be awarded in February 2026, with a start date immediately following contract approval. • The project duration is approximately 13 months, with a completion date of March 31, 2027.
