Description
The project involves the removal and replacement of ten 84” corrugated metal pipes with ten polymer coated 84” CMPs, roadway repair & overlay, shoulder stabilization, and associated work within the right-of-way. The work must be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days following receipt of Notice to Proceed.
• The project is located at Canady Bridge Road at the Canoochee River crossing, 500’ North of Indian Trail Road.
• Pipes are to be bedded in No. 57 stone and backfilled to the springline with stone and covered in fabric prior to backfill with select fill.
• Slopes shall receive fabric underlayment and Riprap on both sides.
• The contractor must obtain a business license in Georgia, be fully insured, and be a Licensed Contractor in the State of Georgia.
• The contractor must maintain comprehensive general liability, commercial automobile liability, statutory worker’s compensation insurance, and employee dishonesty and/or crimes coverage.
