Description
The Town of Winchester is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering design services for the first 25 % of the reconstruction of Symmes Corner. The scope is limited to engineering design work; construction, procurement, or later phases are not included. Proposers must obtain the bid documents beginning October 7 2026, may submit questions by email, and must deliver a qualified and responsive qualifications proposal by the bid opening deadline of October 29 2026. The contract will be awarded to the proposer deemed most advantageous based on the evaluation criteria set forth in the RFP.
• Scope: Engineering design services covering roughly one‑quarter of the total reconstruction effort.
• Submission: Qualifications proposal due by 10 a.m. on October 29 2026; documents available for pickup or electronic request starting October 7 2026.
• Award criteria: “Most advantageous” based on qualifications; Town reserves right to reject any or all proposals.
