Description
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking to award a firm-fixed-price contract for the purchase of a Seahorse XF Pro Complete and XF Pro Cell Analyzer. The analyzer measures oxygen consumption rate (OCR) and extracellular acidification rate (PER) in a 96-well format. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the government.
• The Seahorse XF Pro Complete includes Wave Pro software, ATP, and 12 cartridges, as well as XF Imaging and Cell Counting software with a hand wand.
• The XF Pro Cell Analyzer includes an enhanced extended warranty for 2 years.
• The contract will be evaluated based on price, technical capability, past performance, and delivery schedule.
• Offerors must include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Items, with their offer.
