Description
The State of Maine is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive support, maintenance, and enhancement services for the ReEmployME case‑management application. This five‑year contract (with two optional five‑year renewals) will cover defect resolution, 24/7 emergency support, cloud‑hosting management on AWS, security and compliance obligations, and optional modernization initiatives such as new data models, front‑end redesign, and mobile‑app development. The effort requires on‑shore staff, adherence to NIST 800‑53 Moderate controls, SOC 2 Type II audit, and strict data‑classification policies (PCI, PHI, FTI, etc.).
• Ongoing application support, incident response, and defect remediation under a fixed‑price annual maintenance fee.
• Time‑and‑materials enhancements and modernization work, including potential new data models, UI redesign, and mobile app delivery.
• Cloud operations on AWS, backup/DR planning, security‑vulnerability management, and compliance with numerous federal and state regulations.
