Aerospace Readiness Enterprise System (ARES)_Draft_Amendment 1

The United States Air Force is seeking a prototype for the Aerospace Readiness Enterprise System (ARES), which will replace legacy software programs and provide enterprise capabilities for scheduling, standardization and evaluation, and training management. The prototype should be built on the Operations Enterprise Architecture (OpsEA) platform and meet specific threshold requirements, including hosting and development on the OpsEA platform, accessibility, and auditability. The prototype should also integrate an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and cyber security vulnerability to conform to OpsEA platform requirements. Offerors will be evaluated based on their written responses, which should include their teaming structure, proposed prototype solution, quality management system, and compliance with minimum qualifications for working within the OpsEA Salesforce development sandbox. • The ARES prototype should meet the minimum viable product (MVP) definition. • The prototype should be completed and available for inspection and use no later than 90 calendar days after contract award. • The Government reserves the right to award more than one prototype agreement or none at all. • Cost/Price and past performance will not be evaluation factors for award of a prototype agreement. • The Offeror's proposal will be evaluated on the following elements: compliance with 10 U.S.C. § 4022, teaming structure, proposed prototype solution, quality management system, and compliance with minimum qualifications for working within the OpsEA Salesforce development sandbox.
