UWCNF SO SLC RD

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), Intermountain Region, has a need for snow removal at two locations: UWC NF Supervisors Office and Salt Lake City Ranger District (South Jordan, UT and Salt Lake City, UT). The Contractor shall furnish equipment, supplies, labor, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform the required services. Both locations are currently occupied by Forest Service Employees and designated as Forest Service property. • The contract is for a base period of one year and four one-year option periods. • The total duration of the contract shall not exceed five years and six months. • The Government intends to make one award from this solicitation. • The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract. • The offeror shall provide pricing for all items as requested in the Schedule of Items – Attachment 6 of this Request for Quote.
