Request for Statements of Qualifications and Proposals for the Lease Leaseback Multi-Site Restroom Refresh (Dry Creek Elementary, F.C. Joyce TK-8, and Orchard Elementary ) Project

The Twin Rivers Unified School District is seeking a qualified contractor to provide lease-leaseback construction services for the Multi-Site Restroom Refresh project at Dry Creek Elementary, F.C. Joyce TK-8, and Orchard Elementary. The project involves refreshing restrooms at the three schools to create cleaner, safer, and more welcoming environments for students. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing preconstruction and construction services, including value engineering, procurement of long lead materials and products, and master scheduling. The contractor must be prequalified pursuant to the District's policies and procedures and must possess a valid and current Class B California contractor's license. • The project has an estimated budget of $1,860,000. • The contractor will be required to provide a guaranteed maximum price proposal. • The District intends to award a Lease-Leaseback Agreement for the Project to the contractor whose proposal is determined to be the best value under the provisions of Education Code 17406 et seq. • The contractor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to prevailing wage rates and labor compliance.
