Description
Pueblo Community College is soliciting Documented Quotes for the purchase of nine new Lincoln Powerwave K4934-1 Educational One-Pak Welding Machines. The machines must be new, of the manufacturer's current model, and come in original manufacturer's packaging with a manufacturer's warranty. The vendor must provide a price quote that includes all shipping, handling, and delivery charges to the Pueblo Campus, and the price must remain firm for 90 days from the due date. The college reserves the right to award each item to separate vendors or award all items to a single vendor.
• The college is a Colorado PERA affiliated employer and requires the vendor to complete the PERA form.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable federal and state laws, rules, and regulations, including those related to discrimination and unfair employment practices.
• The vendor must obtain and maintain insurance as specified in the solicitation and provide proof of coverage as requested by the purchasing agent.
• The vendor must indemnify and hold harmless the college from any and all loss, liability, cost, expenses, and legal fees incurred on account of any claims, legal actions, or judgments arising out of the manufacture, sale, or use of the welding machines.
• The vendor must provide a W-9 form and complete the W-9 located at Attachment A.
