Consultant Services for Stay Survey Follow Up and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Initiatives

The City of Oregon City is seeking a consultant to provide services for the Stay Survey Follow Up and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Initiatives. The consultant will be responsible for helping the city establish meaningful ways to recognize and show appreciation for staff, strengthening communication amongst teams and departments, providing coaching and training for managers, and developing upskill opportunities for staff. The city is looking for a vendor with experience in these areas. Key services include: • Helping local governments establish meaningful ways to recognize and show appreciation for staff • Strengthening communication amongst teams and departments • Providing coaching and training for managers and developing upskill opportunities for staff • Improving the ability of management to hold staff accountable to behavior expectations • Managing internal, employee workgroups as well as external taskforces.
