Description
The Ohio Department of Administrative Services, General Services Division, Print Procurement is seeking a contractor to provide 380,000 copies of the 2026 Ohio Fishing Regulations booklet. The booklet should be 20 pages, self-cover, and saddle-stitched, with a size of 5.375in x 8.375in. The contractor should use 150 line-screen (minimum), full bleeds, and bind the booklets in sets of 20 or 25, packing 100 to 200 per box. The boxes should be 200# test corrugated and sealed using heavy duty paper strap and labeled. The contractor should not subcontract presswork under this contract.
• The contract requires the contractor to provide two hard copy proofs, one high-resolution color match hard copy press proof and one low-resolution color or black & white hard copy representing bindery and pagination.
• The contractor should deliver the booklets to the Ohio Division of Wildlife Warehouse by February 19, 2026, or sooner.
• The contractor should ensure that all services under this contract are performed and all state data is located within the United States, unless a duly signed waiver from the State has been attained.
