This solicitation calls for a single‑prime contractor (or lead vendor) to design‑build an immersive audiovisual experience inside the existing “Sensory Treehouse” at the Gwinnett County Environmental & Heritage Center. The contractor must produce a 30‑minute immersive film (with optional language versions), design and install a high‑fidelity projection and spatial‑audio system (including up to 7 wall, 5 ceiling, and 4 floor projectors, plus 7 loudspeakers), and handle all related construction‑type work such as electrical, HVAC, acoustic treatment, and structural modifications. The award will be based on a technical‑plus‑price evaluation, with a mandatory 5 % bid bond and 100 % performance/payment bonds required. The work must begin within 10 days of the notice to proceed and be completed within a maximum ten‑month schedule.
