Janitorial Services Ragland and Ledbetter

The State of Arkansas is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Ragland and Ledbetter buildings. The contractor will be responsible for providing daily janitorial services, including cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking supplies. The contract will be for a term of one year, with the option to renew for up to six additional one-year terms. The contractor must have experience cleaning commercial general office space in Central Arkansas and must provide a minimum of one on-site supervisor. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment and supplies, except for those provided by the State. Some key requirements include: • Cleaning all entrance and door glass once daily and as needed • Cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces that are touched or handled frequently • Dusting of tables, furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces • Vacuuming entrance mats, carpets, and rugs • Inspecting, monitoring, and removing all trash from the outside perimeter of the building • Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms multiple times daily • Sweeping hard surfaced floors to remove dirt and debris • Cleaning glass and mirrors until no visible streaks or watermarks remain • Dusting surfaces without disturbance of items • Maintaining conference rooms between meetings • Providing all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, except for those provided by the State
