RFP - Water Quality Laboratory Analysis Services

The City of Chino Hills is seeking proposals to perform chemical analyses of water samples for the Public Works Department based on unit prices. The deliverables must be available via Electronic Data Transfer (EDT) and hard copy. Website access for tracking and reporting is mandatory, with the ability to search by constituent and export sample reports preferred. The agreement shall be valid for a three-year period with two additional one-year renewal options by mutual written consent. • The City is looking for a consultant to provide water quality laboratory analysis services. • The consultant must have experience in providing similar services. • The consultant must be able to perform chemical analyses using California State Department of Public Health approved sampling methods on domestic water samples. • The consultant must be able to perform chemical analyses using State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) approved sampling methods on wastewater/storm water samples. • The consultant must be able to provide website access for tracking and reporting. • The consultant must be able to store sample results electronically for seven years.
