Tennis Instructional Programs

The City of Spokane is seeking a qualified vendor to design, deliver, and manage comprehensive tennis instructional programs for the community, including summer camps, after‑school classes, clinics, and related activities. The contractor will be responsible for curriculum development, staffing, equipment provision, registration handling, marketing, scholarship administration, and safety compliance. Compensation is based on an 80/20 revenue split where the contractor retains 80 % of net registration revenue and the City receives 20 %; no minimum revenue guarantee is provided. The contract is for an initial three‑year term, renewable up to five years, with work commencing on January 1, 2027. • Provide multi‑site tennis instruction (Comstock Park, Sky Prairie Park, and other approved locations). • Recruit, train, and supervise all instructional staff, meeting background‑screening requirements for minors. • Manage all registration, fee collection, scholarship allocation, and reporting under an online system. • Deliver curriculum, marketing, and safety protocols; submit regular program and financial reports. • Operate under an 80 %/20 % revenue‑share model with no fixed budget.
