Market Survey to locate and identify sources to support long-term sustainment of the APX-123A transponder system

The Defense Logistics Agency‑Aberdeen, acting for the Army Integrated Logistics Supply Center, is conducting a market survey to identify additional sources capable of manufacturing or servicing six specific NIIN‑identified components of the APX‑123A transponder system (power supply, modification kit, single board computer, signal processor, crypto card, and RF module). Although BAE Systems is presumed to be the OEM and sole source, any vendor that can demonstrate capability—through questionnaires, drawings, test data, prior contract experience, etc.—is invited to submit a capability statement within 15 days. Responses are to be emailed; no phone inquiries are accepted.
