Sterilizer maintenance and repair

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West, Fort Carson Bliss Contracting Branch, intends to award a sole source contract to Steris Corporation for the maintenance and repair of two AMSCO Evolution steam sterilizers and one Caviwave ultrasonic cleaning system. The period of performance will be from 01 April 2026 to 30 September 2030. The contract will include all proprietary services associated with the installation, implementation, training, and support of the software. * The equipment is used for patient care with sterilization requirements at Weed Army Community Hospital (WACH) Fort Irwin, California. * Steris Corporation is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and has proprietary rights to maintain the equipment. * The contract is valued at an estimated $181,986.93 to $350,000. * The Government has determined that completing this purchase as a sole source is in the best interest of the Government due to the proprietary nature of the equipment and the need for continuity of patient care.
