Scrubber, Degasifier, & Membrane Services Contract

The Village of Tequesta seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive, ongoing maintenance and repair services for its water treatment plant’s odor control scrubber systems, degasifier systems, reverse osmosis (RO) treatment systems, and associated equipment. The scope includes routine inspections, cleaning, troubleshooting, component replacement, membrane cleaning, emergency response, performance testing, and technical recommendations. The contract is initially for three years with the option to extend up to three additional one‑year terms, contingent on performance and funding. • Perform scheduled and as‑needed preventive and corrective maintenance on scrubbers, degasifiers, and RO systems. • Conduct chemical cleaning, vessel inspections, blower maintenance, and membrane replacement as required. • Provide emergency response, performance testing, and technical recommendations to ensure optimal system operation.
