Description
The Cherokee Nation is seeking qualified vendors to provide full‑service housekeeping and janitorial cleaning for a portfolio of its facilities, including a wellness center, schools, and Head‑Start/Child Development centers across Oklahoma. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, and cleaning supplies (excluding consumables provided by the Nation), perform daily cleaning tasks, quarterly carpet shampooing, and report any maintenance issues. Preference will be given to vendors with current Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Office (TERO) certification, but non‑Indian firms may also bid. The contract runs from award through September 30 2027 with an optional two‑year renewal, and requires compliance with tribal regulations, background checks, HIPAA certifications, and a drug‑free workplace policy.
